Delivery questions
Do we offer same day delivery?
Yes! Most of our arrangements can be made for same day delivery or collection. If your arrangement is something very specific, it’s best to call us. If we can’t get it that same day, it will be the next day.
Do we deliver to work places?
We can delivery to work places. Please ensure you are very specific with delivery instructions and who the recipient is! And please make sure they will be there!
What if the recipient isn’t home?
We can deliver for a certain time, but if they are not home, depending on the house, garden and weather conditions, we will leave it at their door step or with a neighbour. On rare occasions, we will bring it back to the store and try again later and contact the person who placed the order.
Wedding Questions
How far in advance do you need to book?
We would advise 6 months, just to be sure we don’t have another bookings, and it gives us plenty of time to pin down exactly how you want your arrangements to look. If you’re wedding is closer than 6 months, of course you can still call us!
Do you have a minimum spend?
No! Please be transparent if you have a budget and we will suggest flowers and arrangement sizes to suit you best!
How and when do you pay?
A deposit needs to be placed to secure your date. Within a few days of the consultation, we can provide an accurate invoice, breaking down each arrangement. From here you can pay full or in instalments by cash or card. The full invoice must be paid one week before the wedding date.
When do you get the wedding flowers?
It’s up to you. Typically the day of, the day before or both!
Can we deliver the flowers?
Yes. We can deliver the flowers to your home or the venue.
Other
Do we host workshops?
We love hosting floral workshops! Let us know your budget per person and if you have a theme or colour scheme and we will send you photos of some examples! We can provide a venue or we can come to you. All flowers and containers are provided for you.
Can we get specific flowers and plants?
Yes. We have access to all kinds of flowers, foliage and plants from around the world! These will need to be ordered in advance. If they are not in season, they can be expensive but we’ll give you a heads up.
